- 3 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cups Garlic & Onion Croutons
- 1 large Egg
- 1/3 8 oz Block of Monterrey Jack & Colby cheese Or your own favorite cheese and be sure to freeze your cheese for at least 24 hours
Other seasonings: garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper and minced dried onions
Glaze
- 1 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup Heinz Ketchup
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
If you use fresh onions, sauté first and then add as per instructions. Also, if you use turkey or extra lean ground meat you need to add about a half cup of cooking oil to your meatloaf
