Maria’s Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Large Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 5 tbs Canola Oil
  • 2 1/4 cups Monterrey Jack-Colby Cheese Finely Shredded
  • 2 1/4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Finely Shredded

Instructions

  • Boil Noodles with ¼ tsp Garlic Powder and ¼ tsp Onion Powder for 30 minutes

In 2 Quart Glass Dish mix as follows:

  • Put ½ cup Monterey Jack-Colby Cheese and ½ cup Cheddar Cheese in bottom of dish
  • Powder and ¼ tsp Pepper
  • In a separate bowl mix Eggs with a fork, add Milk and Canola Oil and mix in with the Eggs and then add to Noodles and Cheese mixture and mix all together well
  • Add another cup of Monterey Jack-Colby Cheese and another cup of Cheddar Cheese to the mixture and mix all ingredients together well
  • Top the mixture first with a layer of the remaining ¾ cup of Monterey Jack-Colby Cheese and then cover with the remaining ¾ cup of Cheddar Cheese

Notes

Cover with Aluminum Foil or Baking Dish Cover and Bake at 375° for 45 minutes
